We proudly manufacture a vast array of collars, leashes and harnesses at our state-of-the-art facility in Alliance, Ohio. This includes handcrafted leather and the majority of our nylon products.

Coastal Pet acquired Bergan Pet in March of 2015. It was a natural fit because the values of both companies are well-aligned. We share a passion to design, produce and deliver the highest quality products to the pet industry.

Today’s manufacturing facility is just under 300,000 square feet and we proudly offer more than 7,500 SKUs. We design in-house proprietary machines to best suit our unique manufacturing processes, and automation also plays a pivotal role enabling Coastal Pet to yield more products, especially in nylon and leather.

Coastal Pet also has an in-house testing laboratory and frequently performs tests on all of our products to maintain a high level of quality in both materials and workmanship.
