Cleaning Instructions

• Hand wash with mild detergent and warm water.
• Do NOT place the Pizza Wedge in the dishwasher, the detergents will discolor the aluminum.

Storage & Precautions

• Allow to cool before removing the Pizza Wedge from the grill.If you must remove the wedges when they are hot, then use high-temperature gloves.
• Once removed, allow the Pizza Wedge to cool naturally on a trivet or heat-resistant mat.
