Perfectly fry fish, shrimp, chicken, fries, hushpuppies and onion rings with this innovative 2.5-gal stainless outdoor fryer. Our new workstation provides an ergonomic working height for the chef to move more efficiently and safely, having everything needed contained in one unit. Cool touch handles provide a safe and easy way to operate the unit. Discreetly hidden beneath the wooden cutting board is a food pan and basket that will drain and store cooked food while beginning another batch.
The elevated conduction of our Bayou Jet Fusion design heats from the inside out. A horizontally mounted rear jet burner blasts intense hot air through inner vent tubing that is surrounded by oil. Heat transfers through the metal tubing into the oil causing the oil to circulate throughout the vessel, keeping it hotter while cooking and drastically reducing “return to fry” times.
The fryer V-Bottom collects loose batter below the heat source to prevent scorching. Cooking oil stays cleaner and lasts much longer. Stainless construction and bottom Drain Valve provide easy clean-up.
