Setting The Mood With Woodwick Candles

My husband is not the most romantic of guys.  He never notices when I get my hair done or if I’m wearing a new outfit.  He always forgets the exact date of my birthday and our anniversary.  So, imagine my surprise when I came home after work to find dinner on the table and the house bathed in candlelight.  Oh my, I thought I was in the wrong house or aliens had taken over my husband’s body.  But, no, it was my house and my husband.  What had happened?

What I came home to was “Applewood”.  The smell was wonderful.  And I heard a crackling sound like a fireplace.  We have no fireplace.  It was the candle.  Wow!  It certainly made me think of a cabin in the woods with a crackling fireplace.  How was the candle doing this?
